Specifically, I offer three services:
1. Proofreading: 10 pounds per hour.
- This involves checking spelling (and reference formatting if requested), and is recommended for native speakers of English.
2. Copy editing: 20 pounds per hour
(usually about 20 pounds per 1000 words, but 1000 words can take longer to edit, depending on the text)
- This service involves checking and correcting grammar/sentence structures, replacing words as necessary to communicate clearly, and providing some feedback regarding the structure of the document. I make changes to submitted documents electronically, though sometimes it is useful to meet to discuss the text.
3. English lessons: 15 pounds per hour.
- Lessons are designed in consultation with the student, to achieve his/her goals.
